CoP3: Proposal Form

As I have already mentioned, I would like my dissertation to concern he topic of politics, with a specific investigation of the Conservative Party. Here is my proposal form, where I discuss my methodology and practical investigation tools:

CoP 3: The Queen's Speech Response

The Queen's Speech occurred yesterday in which she announced some of the government's pledges for the near future. I personally feel that the monarchy serves little purpose in the modern era, other than being a glorified tourist attraction. Her speech means little in my eyes and she is effectively a mouthpiece for the Tory agenda.

With this in mind I decided to respond to the topic news story. Below is an Issuu document which details my process from digital line work, to print, through colour play before presenting the final piece.

CoP 3: Research

I have decided that I definitely want my dissertation to concern politics. At present I am unsure exactly as to how, but have begun researching the subject area regardless.

Here are a few links to articles I've been reading concerning:

- Extinction
- Climate Change
- Renewable Energy
- Fossil Fuel
- Human Rights

So far all of my research has been from the Guardian. I find it to be a great source for left wing/centralist discussions and it will probably be a recurrent source of information in my dissertation.
